Photo printing
With this technique, the layout is applied in the anodic layer on the aluminium, which results in a wear-resistant and robust product. Also, the resistance to a great many chemicals is extremely good. However, the number of colours is limited.

Silkscreen printing
d-Switch has produced high quality silkscreen printing since time immemorial. The basic materials used for this are mostly transparent bayfoil or polyester. These are printed on the back, so that the ink is protected. In addition, silkscreen printing on anodized aluminium, lacquered materials and plastics is carried out. The number of colours is practically unlimited.

Mechanical Processing and Assembly
All front panels and nameplates are mechanically processed by d-Switch. This involves both metal-removing as well as non-metal-removing operations such as:

- die cutting , guillotining and setting
- milling, counterboring, tapping and faceting
- inserting press-in bolts and press-in nuts.

For turning, there is a close cooperation with a small group of selected companies. At the same time, d-Switch has an extensive assembly department.

Exceptional Processes
d-Switch also can offer a number of surface processes such as; etching, chromating, anodizing and lacquering. This enables us to satisfy specific requirements: EMC-guide lines, extreme application areas (temperature, chemicals) and visual aspects.
