Our philosophy
d-Switch aims to help companies make their products
more people-friendly, by integrating piezo technology like touchscreens,
touchpads and switches.
Our technology makes products easier to use, more
practical and efficient (i.e. waterproof, easy to clean), and it
allows for a more smooth product design.
In keeping with our belief that 'technology should
be made for people' our company will work with yours to find the
best solutions for you and your consumers/users.

Our history
d-Switch was founded in 1967 and was given its present
name after a management buyout in 2000.
Today we are the worldwide leader in custom-designed
piezo (touch-based) User Interface (UI) technology.

|
 |

Our tagline
From an end-user point of view, UI is the most important
part of the equipment. It's the point at which they interact with
the products they buy or use.
The UI experience makes the user: more happy or unhappy, feel more
or less in control, like or dislike the design and interaction,
move through a task more easily or with greater frustration.
For those reasons, UI is an important concern for
manufacturers.
Which explains why it's important to us, as an UI
provider.
It's in everyone's best interest that technology
be designed for people!

Our commitment
To assure that you receive
the most up-to-date information and technology, our international
Research & Development department is always at work. Through
this department, new concepts are realized and patented on a constant
basis.
d-Switch is also a founding
member of the Applied Piezo Foundation, which promotes the development
and application of piezo technology, and enables greater sharing
of information within the industry.
